The Norsemen felt particularly bloodthirsty today, perhaps a response after seeing the Elves trying to bully Morg'n Thorg after his poor display for the Dark Elves during the previous game. And perhaps their Yeti, Olaf, was a little jealous of the hired star player taking all the attention, the first two turns Olaf simply stood still, doing nothing. Olaf even managed to hit himself at one point during the game. But with Morg now on the Norsemen's side it was a one sided affair where the elves were knocked out one by one and the Norsemen was up 1-0 after the first half.
The Dark Elves wanted to go for the win in the second half after a turn 4 score. But without a dedicated kicker, they couldn't find a way to make good of a kick-off blitz and before long there were but five Dark Elves left on the pitch from the Norsemen's brutality and they had no chance to stop the Norsemen from winning 2-1 in the end. |
