The Blood Eagles was looking to get their first win on this rainy Sunday evening. Before the game Max Spleenripper was enticed to bring his chainsaw over to help out with tree felling. In addition the blood eagles hired a local weather mage. Despite winning the coin toss Løiten kicked the ball first. The change of tactics and a deck of dirty tricks worked well for the halflings. The defense was turned in to an offense and by turn 6 Halvulf Aasgaard could walk in the first touchdown of the evening.
Before the second kick-off, Max Spleenripper was given the red card from the referee. but not before he knocked himself out of the game by stepping on his own chainsaw. No more touchdowns in the first half. However, there were a whole lot of knock outs, which meant that Blood Eagles had to start the second half short handed.
Løiten was forced a desperation play when both trees were rooted early. Hallstein Sælid was able to sprint in the 2-0 touchdown. 3-0 was scored after a blitz kick-off from Løiten on defense. A treeman flight by Hallstein secured the win. The fourth touchdown was well within reach when Blood Eagles could only muster 3 players for the last kick-off. The referee figured they had enough and decided to expel Halvin Hallstrøm for fouling.
